BULL & REINHARDT, PLLC is an Asheville, North Carolina based law firm with over 20 years of combined legal experience representing clients in both civil and criminal matters in the greater Asheville and Western North Carolina area, with an emphasis on providing competent and quality professional legal services.  Christopher B. Reinhardt joined Adam W. Bull on February 1, 2008 to form the law firm, Bull & Reinhardt, PLLC.  In the Fall of 2010, we welcomed the newest member to our legal team, Brenda T. We are a general practice law firm with a focus on trial and litigation issues handling all of your business, personal or family legal needs.  Our areas of practice include: Personal Injury, Family Law, Custody, Divorce, State and Federal Civil Actions and litigation, Felony and Misdemeanor Criminal matters, Traffic matters, DWI, Qui Tam and False Claims Act Actions, Real Property Disputes, Real Estate Transactions, Contracts, and Contract Disputes.  We handle matters in both State and Federal Courts.

In spring 2010, we moved to our new office located at 160 E. Chestnut Street, Asheville, North Carolina, 28801.  Our new office is in the Chestnut Hill Historic District and is conveniently located between Merrimon Avenue and Charlotte Street in close proximity to Downtown.  Our new office building is a historical cottage that was built between 1897-1899.  It was designed in the hybrid Craftsman style by the famed architect Richard Sharp Smith who oversaw the construction of the Biltmore House and who designed many of our famed architectural treasures in Western North Carolina, including the Vance Monument and the Courthouses in Madison, Jackson, Swain, and Henderson Counties.  It was built by James M. Westall, whose other projects included Central Methodist Church, First Presbyterian Church, Biltmore Village, and many others.  We have strived to preserve the original look and design of the picturesque Craftsman style cottage, known as one of the David Cottages.
