Drive-Thru Legal Services
DRIVE-THRU DIVORCE, WILLS, HEALTH CARE DIRECTIVES, AND OTHER LEGAL SERVICES
Do you need a divorce, a last minute Will, or immediate legal action and want to stay safe? Our attorneys are offering drive-thru legal services with our centrally located office and off-street drive and exclusive parking area. We provide full scale legal and notary services using advanced cloud-based technology, video conferencing, and drive-thru service. We can provide such services in full compliance with current orders and social distancing guidelines for coronavirus.
We are recommending that everyone consider three essential COVID-19 planning documents during this time of uncertainty: (1) Last Will and Testament, (2) Health Care Power of Attorney, and (3) Durable Power of Attorney. These three documents will allow your loved ones to handle your affairs when you cannot and without needlessly exposing your loved ones to the court system. Please ask at about our bundled flat fee rates when you do all three at the same time.
Even with Asheville and Western North Carolina under stay-at-home orders and the Courtrooms being closed to the general public for all non-emergency matters, BULL & REINHARDT, PLLC can be your keys to the court system. Pursuant to both State and local “Stay-at-Home” orders, we are an essential business and maintain staff in our office every weekday to meet your immediate needs and file actions. We can communicate quickly and directly with key courthouse staff.
If you are over 65, have underlying health conditions, in a high risk group, or have simply been putting off estate planning and want to immediately address end-of-life directives such as a Last Will and Testament, Advanced Directive, Health Care Power of Attorney, Trusts, Power-of-Attorney and/or Guardianship and want to do so in safe manner, we are able to do so using remote communication tools and drive through document signing with our trained staff and notaries.
Child Custody and Family Law issues have been complicated by the recent events surrounding COVID-19, stay-at-home orders, and social distancing guidelines. We are available to assist you and your loved ones through the complex and novel legal issues this crisis has generated. We can proceed with the filing of any needed actions and are able to gain access to the court to address immediate custody issues, restraining orders, and domestic violence. In many cases we can arrange for you to participate in emergency hearings by video conference and remotely from the safety of your home or our office.
Please ask about our special “Drive-Thru” uncontested divorce that includes standard court filing fees and local Sheriff service fees.
Please call, email, or use our Contact portal for a brief teleconference regarding the process. Our staff can then schedule a mobile friendly virtual consultation with one of our attorneys, set up online client share folders for you to directly upload documents, set up online payment methods using our client portal or website pay function, preparing and sharing documents electronically, and finally utilize drive through signing services at our office from the convenience and safety of your own personal vehicle.
